A complex process that energizes the body.
A coach needs to know the system better to be productive and design better practice.
It has energy .In our body energy is stored in these substances:
CP
ATP
And nutritious coarseness
Adenosine triphosphate=common energy
ATP: energy is needed to contract muscles and perform activity.
This energy is provided by adenosine triphosphate.
Converting PC to ATP
Non-aerobic glycolysis = lactate and ATP production
Metabolism carbohydrates fats and proteins and entry into the TCA cycle oxidative phosphorylation
ATP
👌 Limited reserves in the muscle
👌 40-50 grams in the whole body
◦ 2 to 4 seconds
Types of energy devices
●ATP production in the body is possible through three energy devices
1) the phosphagene device is fueled by ATP and creatine phosphate and is widely used for fast and intense activities under 10 to 15 seconds ( weightlifting and speed start)
2) the lactic acid device is a clicogen fuel and is well used for intense activities between 15 seconds and 2 minutes .(Two 400 meters speed).
3) the aerobic device fuels glycogen, fat and protein, and is used to power activities above 2 minutes and repair the energy of two anaerobic devices ( lactic acid and phosphagen).
